I do not think I would laugh.
I think I would cry.

But then, that's what I did when we got our first $400+ heat bill.

Having just got thru three weeks of single-digit temps, I wonder how big a house or apt has to be to run up $400 in heating bills. I've got a 2-bedroom apt with electric heat and so far haven't broken $100/mo. But I wear sweaters, and I like looking at my breath. :o)
