i'm rippin' CDs this morning →[More:]

And I am realizing that I really do not touch my CDs very often so it is good that I am doing this. I am finding stuff I had forgotten I had (plus I had to vacuum off a nice layer of dust despite them being in a cabinet) and it's fun fun.

Guess what I am listening to that I haven't heard in at least a couple of years?? Okay you give up, right? It's Y Kant Tori Read.

I have way too many concert bootlegs. Since a lot of them are cd-r bootlegs, I hope they are all still good. I'll likely rip and trash most of the damn things to get some free space.

I am looking forward to getting the hi-fi set up in my new place and getting my CDs and LPs out of storage. It's been several years since I've listened to music on anything other than my computer or my iPod, and I totally miss browsing the shelves and actually putting a disc in the player.

What's the Y Kant Tori Read album like? Is it any good? IIRC it's meant to be soft rock, although I might be wrong.

Here is a song I have always liked although I had kinda forgotten about it. It is from Duran Duran's "Wedding Album" that had Come Undone and Ordinary World.
