I do so love the Travel Channel's paranormal programming. "These three cities," they say in ominous tones, "create a triangle" (cue spooky triangle music).
Also, some Native American tribes are spooky -- because they used native building materials! Five hundred years ago! Beware the spooky native non-manmade twigs!

And now they're being haunted by grumpy old monks. Grumpy monks!

Also. Random black and white shots so you can see dust floating through a ray of light and shots that look like they are through a hole in the wall or a peephole. Most Haunted is goofy.

Exactly!

But I like when they're in Britain. Things seem spookier with a British accent. And old medieval monk ghosts are spookier than American Civil War ghosts, I think.

I like historical spookiness. With accents.

Brussels, Nice, and Florence are the three points of the triangle.

Who's in the triangle?

[p.s.: it's a game/puzzle]

I always think they should change the name of the channel to "Spooky Ghostly Places to Maybe Visit" since it seems like 80% of the line-up is more about haunted places/history of haunted places than about actual travel. The other 20% seems to be about cruises and Disney parks.

Why does anyone need a horse racing channel? (I actually have this because it's part of the cable here.)

*I* give up, because I suck at these!

Heh. My comment was to Miko, but it applies to fbk as well!

fluffy battle kitten is in the triangle.

I do have to say, they did make me (probably temporarily) want to visit Glastonbury. Apparently you can visit other dimensions there!

The Travel Channel is disappointing, isn't it? The Food Network is actually a better travel channel than the Travel Channel. Just show me fun places to visit and where to eat!

I also like Rick Steves. His travel shows are pretty good. Basically, I'd like the host to get out of the way and just show people acting the way they act in a locale I've never seen.

Travel Channel used to be much more interesting.

I can't help but to love Samantha Brown. She has the ultimate dream job.
