We've had talking ads over the urinal in NYC for a while. Usually for cellular phone service. First time I encountered one it spooked the hell out of me, since I was alone in the restroom.

I have one (unused) of about 100 urinal screens that the rape prevention organization on campus had made that say "You hold the power to stop rape in your hand." Boy did that cause a stir back in '95.
