For a moment this morning, the sky was →[More:] a shade of blue you only see on sunny winter early mornings when it's -8ºF, a shade that makes you think you might just be on another planet. The layer of snow over everything makes it look just that much more alien.

The sky is now getting cloudy, and is looking much more terrestrial, so I'm back inside, but it was worth standing out there with a cup of coffee, just feelin' that deep blue vibe.

That's the unaltered Colorado sky. Not the bluest I've seen here, but you get the idea.
