Nice!

GREAT photo, essexjan. i'm nuts, but for some reason i think i would've cropped it so that the beautiful green treetrunk on the right forms a natural vertical border (with no woods showing through to the right of the trunk.) but i'm totally weird and obsessive with things like that. but that's an incredibly cool pic.

shane, that's the open lid on the garbage can. All trash cans around Copenhagen have those lids with a hole in them. Normally you can't open them. I guess it's because the garbage cans are for small things only but I'm not really sure.

These all move, dance and morph when the projectors are running. The blue background is overexposed. It looks like filaments of smoke.

Yahoo, here's one I can take part in and I saw before the end of the day!

From a recent bike ride. Yes, this car was way out in the forest, upside down and slowly rusting back into the earth.

Thanks Shane! You are too kind. I thought the bending of the trees was interesting. There are miles and miles of this sort of thing where I live. I must take more pictures!

I need a fancier camera and better skills so I keep up with all of the talented bunnies. :)

from a recent shoot I did with eek. I've just gotten around to processing all the shots I took days and days ago.

the slight grain and highkey effect is a postprocessing flow I ran in Photoshop. helped provide more 'pop' to a decently composed shot that had dismal contrast.
