I have just eaten ... →[More:]... a bagel, baked fresh today, still warm when I bought it, which was covered in seeds, had
just the right amount of onion in it and was that wonderful combination of crispness on the outside and chewiness on the inside that you only get from the freshest of bagels.
I had it spread with real butter, and with creamy (not crumbly) Lancashire cheese inside it.
