Amazon understands wife better than husband. (because the Onion still knows the funny)
Hell, I think Amazon sometimes understands me better than I do.

The Onion seems to go in streaks, sometimes it is hilarious, sometimes not so much. I think one of my favorites though was the headline they had years ago, "Pier One Issues Formal Apology For Rattan Death March". That damn near killed me.

Like the best Onion humor (or heck, any humor) it's funny wrapped around a little kernel of sad.

Dean, who bases his gift-giving choices primarily on what is needed around the house, what he would like to own, and, most notably, what objects are nearby.

This made me laugh oddly, causing my co-workers to think I'm slowly going crazy in my cube.

This one always made my friends and I laugh as most of my friends work with mice. In fact, I think it's posted in their office.

That's awesome. I think I will agree with the theory of "Science is Hard".

Random semi-related-but-not-really anecdote: My friend T and I went for cambodian one night and both go the same fortune: Not every question deserves answer. We laughed and said it directly applies to research. She scanned it and put it as the first page of her Master's thesis. I am planning to do the same for my PhD thesis.

Not every question deserves answer.

Would also benefit from being put on the front of AskMe.
