A special tribute to Calvin, Hobbes and the Underappreciated Art of the Snowman.
Bill Watterson is a genius. I will always have a soft spot for C&H. I still read the books I had growing up and covet this.

I think Snow Sharks is my favorite.

I love the Killroy one. Is there stuff in the Complete C&H that wasn't in the original book collections?

I covet that book, too, mike. I wanted to give it to my partner (an even bigger C&H fan than I am) but it was out of the budget. :)

I think I might buy that if they still have it at Costco. Calvin and Hobbes was my favorite. Ever. Yeah, there are other good strips, but none that bring me the joy that the genius of Waterson did.

Aw, too bad sciurus is too busy for us. He loves C&H and has teh complete set. He also told me Bill Watterson is a complete recluse that lives only a couple hours away from him.

mrmoonpie -- reminds me of the snow mermaid me and my sister made a few winters ago, escept that ours looked a bit naughtier than yours.

On preview -- snow sharks are cool.

Costco here had the Complete Calvin but no price was posted so I passed on it. I'd love to have it tho'.

deborah: $80 at Costco. That's what we got my son for Christmas (although Mrs. Dooh paid $100 at a bookstore).
