Name That Thing. You know what I mean...a whosis. →[More:]

Apparently I'm totally brain dead today. If I wanted to find sites that offered downloadable pdf templates of buildings or toys or masks or whatever - what would I call those things? You print them out on card stock. Sometimes the toys have moving parts, like Howl's Moving Castle or a repro of an animated wooden toy. I can't remember what they're called, so right now Google is useless.

Also, there's a great weblog that blogs about these things all the time. Anyone know the name of it? I think they link to drawn.ca but it looks like Drawn doesn't link to them.
