OMG Pissing Elephant! I cut work today and went to the zoo. Alas for the img tag now that I have my very own!

My son said "Why would you take a picture of that? What are you, some kind of weirdo or something?" and I said, "You wouldn't understand."

Okay, it's true that it is kind of creepy how the elephant started pissing right after I got there and I got all excited and took pictures, though. There's so much about being an internet addict that is so hard to explain.

Did you guys know that sometimes elephants pee for joy? They do! If they are reacquainted with someone they recognize and care about, they'll piss in a big group and just go nuts!

This is one of the many reasons why elephants are so incredibly cool.

When I was in Colorado, at least one of my inlaws' cows commenced peeing almost immediately upon my going over to the corral to look at them.

They pee almost as much as elephants. Ew. I didn't think to take pictures.
