eponysterical and yummy I have a weakness for soups. In fact, my neighbor gave me the remnants of a roasted goose, and I'm boiling them down. Yum!

Also, you'll have to give us your recipe for whatever you do with the goose, lilywing. Unless it's not yummy, in which case, keep it to yourself. :)

I'm boiling it down to make some soup stock. Right now, I'm reducing it. Then, we'll strain and freeze it. I try to keep homemade stock in the freezer.
