MeCha Recipe: Carnitas Scrambled Eggs →[More:]I just whipped up an easy and freakin' delicious breakfast. So good that I wanted to share it.

Eggs
Carnitas
Cheese
Salsa
Salt and pepper to taste.

Scramble up the eggs, addthe carnitas when the eggs start to firm up, add a little shredded cheese.

Top with a bit of salsa and dig in. Holy cats was that good!

Oooo that does sound amazing! I could vegan it up with tofu. I love scrambled tofu with salsa....hot damn that's good stuff...
