I'm Mr. Green Christmas, I'm Mr. Sun (YouTube)
No sign of snow yet, here. I'm headed out in search of powdered ginger to make some cookies, but I've never found dry ginger here. May have to use fresh.

Fresh ginger will work just fine - a more intense and powerful flavour but just as lovely. Crystallised is also good. Happy Christmas!
