Dare I ask "why" ?

It's a laser pointer, right? So you can draw little squiggles on your pron without permanently damaging your screen.

I'd rather think of it as a missile guidance system but yeah, probably used for presentations and pron. Now all they need to do is called it a Turbo Mouse with a Laser and they'll sell millions!

I was hoping that this would be the organic sort of mouse. That would be cool.
