The sales flyer from my local grocery store has a very unusual item in it, and thanks to the wonders of the Internet I can show it to you.
I wonder if hispanic can only be used in hispanic dishes being served to hispanic people. I bet if you serve them to a caucausian person, they explode.
That's nothing. There's a take out joint near me who's menu features (I am not kidding) 'mescaline lettuce' in their salads. Could make for interesting dinner conversation, I imagine.
'Mescaline' lettuce is one of the most commonly mispelled, misunderstood, and mispronounced items on America's menus. Another is "Chipotle". It's NOT Chip-OL-tee!
