My sisters are here! Yaaay! They're done with their semester. Now we're gonna go out and eat at Chili's and have sister bonding YAAAY!

Where is there a Chili's in NYC? I never saw one.

I'm in FL.

Although I know there's a Chili's at LaGuardia airport...and I feel like there are others, too.

Their website says LaGuardia, Newark Airport and Jersey City. As much as I love the Cajun Chicken Sandwich and Southwestern Eggrolls, I don't think I'd be willing to buy an airline ticket to get some. Or go to Jersey.

I go whenever I'm at LaGuardia. It's not even a real Chili's- I get the Turkey Combo, and they don't toast the bread or anything. I call it Faux Chili's.

It's funny, while I was sitting on Wednesday, a couple was seated next to me- an older guy and his wife. The woman was crabby, and debated for awhile on whether she wanted this table or that table. Once she sat down, she opened the menu, looking at it for 2 seconds, and said, "No, no, this is no good. This is gross. Burger King would be better. Let's go." So they got up and walked 10 feet to eat at Burger King. How she figured that was better, I'll never know.

They are building a Chili's about a mile from my house. I won't even have to get on a highway to go to it. I ate in one exactly one time. I liked it.

I think my "surprise" birthday dinner tomorrow night is going to be at Chili's (in Issaquah, I think). I haven't had Chili's in at least seven years so I'm looking forward to it.

Is the place better than it's reputation? I've always just lumped it in with all that other suburban cuisine like the Olive Garden.

I think it's better than the comparable restaurants: TGIF, Applebee's, Red Robin, Ruby Tuesday's, etc.

I agree, Chili's is the best of the suburban cuisine.

We went and had LOTS of fun and I had almost 2 frozen margaritas and now I'm all warm and fuzzy inside. I LOOOOVE YOOOU GUUUYSS!!!!
