To sell alcohol, Specklet. Some restaurants aren't licensed, but will allow you to bring your own alcohol.

then he got some spices and he stirred by hand
battered up some prawns threw 'em the fire
threw in some more spice to bring the heat up higher

This must be the sister restaurant to Paul "Elvis" Chan's other restaurant, also called Gracelands, that's in Tunbridge Wells. I pass it 3 or 4 times a week but have never been in. It's got a reputation for pretty average/below average food but great entertainment (assuming getting drunk and watching an ageing Elvis impersonator from Hong Kong is your idea of great entertainment). Good for office parties, bad for romantic soirées with your lady/man friend.
