Unable to find a record deal in NYC proto punk Wayne County jumped into the London music scene as the front man/woman for The Electric Chairs. They recorded 3 albums and an EP that were distributed in the UK and Canada but only available as imports in the US. Their shows combined rude lyrics, humour, camp, cross dressing and tight musicianship.
