This is not to say that being an adult does not have it's "perks" but in all I think I would prefer being a child, and having someone take care of you and handle all your shit.

I suppose it helps I had a very lenient mom.

Nah. I'm totally with the wake-and-cake being-a-grownup-rocks crowd. Except that I don't like cake. But I don't HAVE to eat it, because I'm a GROWNUP!! NOBODY CAN MAKE ME!! WHOO-HOO!!

My life keeps getting better as I get older. I vote grown up although I'll never "grow up" if you know what I mean (AITYD).

Oh that's excellent, cmonkey.
I love being a grown-up. I'm convinced that I was born 42 and when I hit 42 I will be the most me I'm ever going to be.
