Y'see the thing I like about old(ish) TV shows is seeing the places as they used to look like. Case in point - the X-Files.

Can't remember the proper episode, as the guide has it wrong, but it's about Mulder searching for vampires. Part of the show leads him to a nightclub. That club happens to be the Luv-a-Fair, a major alt. club in Vancouver back in the mid-to-late 80's, for anyone who remembers. I hung out there _lots_. So seeing that reminded me of the music, and the dj's who played all the cool stuff before it was "cool". Hell, I remember hearing Depeche Mode's "Enjoy The Silence" before it ever hit big on the radio, and I saw Nine Inch Nails before they hit it
really big, and all they had out was 1 album and a cover.
So here's some music that reminds me of the 'Scuz.
No rock n' roll here, jon, just EBM, before it was called EBM. ;P
I've a feeling that maybe cmonkey and probably small_ruminant'd like these, among other peeps.
Nitzer Ebb - Let Your Body Learn
My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult - A Daisy Chain 4 Satan
KMFDM - Naïve
Nitzer Ebb - Murderous
Also, I have more remixes of N.E.'s stuff but I'm saving that for a radio show.
