Huh. I thought I'd pop in and say hi (even though I'm at work) but have just discovered that IRC isn't available for Macs, and a Mac is what I got.

Bummer.

What browser are you using? And have you tried a different browser?

I have a Mac and I have IRCd on it before, but I recall IRC and my browser (it may have been Safari at the time, or it could have been Firefox - but it was definitely one of the two) didn't want to play nice.

The Java client works fine with Camino, which was my favorite Mac browser. Otherwise there are plenty of good clients available. I liked Colloquy.
