Worth a listen One of the best Americana internet radio stations, Boot Liquor, has moved back to SomaFM, and there's lots of other great stuff there too. Groove Salad and Beat Blender stations are wonderful late at night. Commercial free too.
Oooh, thanks for this. I saw The Sadies last night at The Borderline in London. They were amazing, very loud and, half way through, Gary Louris jumped up on stage and did a couple of numbers including The Jaywawks' "Tailspin". T'was awesome, although someone on the sound desk obviously pressed the White Noise Effect Button as they played a Hawkwind cover at the end that saw several people in the crowd holding their ears at the shear insanity coming from the speakers.

Nice! I've been listening to overxposure.fm a lot too. They recently morphed into groovera.

Don't forget one of my faves deepmix.ru - broadcast from Moscow. Downbeat and minimalist grooves. You can d/l sets from their site too (the "Selected music" link). Meshkov and bVoice are two I'd recommend.
They used to have a track by DJ Face Off called Dub Mix, which was a 55 minute track of reggae/dub that was really good, but they've taken it down. So I've put it up for download. It's a 55.3K file, so be warned, if you're on a slow connection.
Digitally Imported do mostly euro/trance/techno, but check out their "Ambient" and "Chillout" streams for the mellow stuff.

EAT THAT CAT || Over the years, you have moved from being a fabled liberal to a centrist position.
