Moving day! That's it, folks. Leaving the big (okay, kinda smallish by global standards) city and moving to my island paradise. Gonna raise me a crop of dental floss. Wish me luck, bunnies!

Also, my neighbour, may flights of angels rain blessings upon him, made me a whole pot of coffee and brought it down in a thermos carafe. I'm gonna miss that family.

and and and--it's looking really good for the cabin I want to rent. The guy is "definitely interested" in renting to me, and just has to check my references, which won't be a problem.

Five and a half hours later and all the packing got done (and boy was there a lot... most of a cube van), the van got loaded and we got snowed on for basically all the loading. But there she goes, to her island paradise. Which is getting more snow than Vancouver right now. Ick. Bye bye!
I got like 9 really nice ciders out of it too! And books! And a big hug! :)
