It was almost midnight when I saw this, so I can't very well send you a picture of my refrigerator or sleeping toddler or me in my pajamas (green Gumbys on day-glo yellow, I kid you not), so...
I break the rules. People are pouring into my neighborhood from all over Japan (and overseas) this week, because Kyoto and especially this eastern side of Kyoto are famous for autumn foliage.
