My condo sold!!!!! A buyer miraculously came along on Friday with an offer, and we came to terms and signed the papers the following day. There's still a couple of ifs, and we have to work fast to get the deal firmed up by Thursday, which is the closing date for the house I bought. But it should be fine... and then I move into my cute little house November 28th!!!

I've got some pictures I took last summer, but they didn't turn out well. I'll take more on my pre-closing day final visit, and post them for you all to see. I want to have a before and after photo album of this place, because it really does need a lot of cosmetic work.
