Man, I'm glad this was a link because I thought there was going to be some hideous suicide story about a Metachatter or Mefi with VHS as their handle. Whew.

Heh. I gave mine the gift of assisted suicide by claw hammer when the bastard ate my copy of a certain movie about bowling and carpet-pissers.

It got off easy.
