When making an omelette, after the eggs have been in for a 30 seconds or so, bung in a few lumps of feta. Depending on how you want the finished product, larger lumps means you'll get some melting and some lumps of cheese, smaller lumps mean it'll very likely melt all the way through. Either way: mmmmmmmmmmm

interrobang -- I thought for sure there'd be an olive in her cleavage. Also, that's some pretty fancy packaging for a chunk of feta. I always have to drain the liquid off manually like a sucker.
