Motorhead & Girlschool on European TV. →[More:] Why the didn't give poor Philthy something to do, I don't know. He looks utterly wanky dancing around. Still a great song, and Kelly and Kim are teh hawtness.

Ah, Girlschool! The Runaways were proof of concept, and Girlschool proved the concept could be replicated. The Bangles were a hot little band before they got signed (predating emo by about a decade and a half), and the Go-Gos did pretty good bubblegum. Vixen, however, was a trainwreck.

I love the Runaways (and Joan & Lita) but they were the creation of Svengali Kim Fowley. Girlschool were basically a garage band that made semi-good.
