Very cool photos.

One of the approaches to ORD is over the beach in front of my condo. The Guy and I were out there one night watching the planes approach and the waves they stir up in their wake. Back in DC, a very long time ago, we sat on the banks of the Potomac, watching the planes go into DCA and wondered if they were causing the waves in the river. It seemed incredible that they would because they're pretty high over the water, but I guess, given pictures like these, it's not surprising.
