4-track oddities 1 and 2→[More:]
A friend turned up with old 4-track tapes of me playing some ... things ... on the bass. Must have been about 12 years ago. They cracked me up & I wanted to share. The first one's kind of Tom Waits-y, until it comes to a rather underwhelming end. The second one is just weird, though I've gotta say it gets kind of furious somewhere about 3:00. I have no idea what the hell I was playing at some points, and it must have been a rather impromptu recording because I have no recollection of doing it all (not to mention how sloppy).
