Merry go round I couldn't find any good links to this, really, so that's why it's not on the blue, but Larissa Strickland of The Laughing Hyenas died yesterday, and the rumor is of a Xanax OD.
I know there are some former hardcore fans here, and I thought I might just mention it. She was part of, like, the defining hometown band for me just when I was starting to get musically conscious (I think they officially broke up while I was in high school), and I always regretted never seeing 'em.
