See now, this is another instance of the man coming down on a dude just having a good time, not hurting anyone but himself. I think I would have had a hard time not laughing at him if I'd been one of the arresting cops.

I'm willing to bet they did. Trust me, I've seen NYPD guys crack up during incidents numerous times. If they didn't I imagine they'd go bananas.
