On my left I have a dresser, oak wood, no mirror. I can hug it, but I doubt it will leave me real soon.

I love y'all. I do. And I know that we joke a lot here. And I know that I'm one of the more flippant personages.

But I wasn't kidding.

I learned of a lost friend tonight. I meant what I said -- give a hug to someone you've lost touch with. Might be the last time you get the chance.

I quite agree muppie, and I will be hugging someone as soon as she gets home. In the meantime, I'll think about people I haven't seen for ages and make a mental note to hug those buggers first chance I get.

Mudpuppie is so right. My Uncle died this past Sunday morning, but I was lucky enough to make it home before he lost consciousness and was able to say goodbye and hold his hand before he passed. You just never know... So do what mudpuppie says please...
