I can't say for certain, Shane, but judging solely by the art style, I'd guess that was something out of "Finder", by Carla Speed McNeil.

LOOK at that panel. We see the apparition. We see the character groggily raise his head and look at something (although we don't see what), then he turns away from what he sees, back to sleep. THEN we see what he looked at and *boom* the whole panel suddenly makes sense and hits us. Beautiful.

At first I think I thought her inking style was a little simple and sometimes inconsistent, but it was always good, she has obviously grown incredibly, and the embellishing on that page is gorgeous. And I'm an art snob anyway.

I'll have to buy a TPB of the first Finder issues.
