I just realized something. →[More:] As of last week, I've been working at DumbCo. for four years. That's usually the amount of time it takes me to realize that I despise my job. I despise my uncomfortable chair, my abysmal salary, the pointless work, the horrible CD's I catalog, the drafty office, the endless meetings, the lousy steam table food in this area, and most of all the silly-assed, smug, self-satisfied indie-yuppie dot-com robber baron prickasauruses who run this place.

(On the upside, I'm working on a Bootsy Collins Christmas record. I take my small victories where I find them).

I just listened to a few clips on Amazon and it made me giggle. It's going to make an awesome present for my friends who just got engaged! (They have a cat named Maceo.) Hooray!

The things you learn on your sucky job shall bring much joy to others, sir. Small comfort.
