How do I stop getting mad? Work is really frustrating.
→[More:] I'm trying to set something up and I can't get it to work, and I feel like this task shouldn't even have to be done by someone with my job description, so I keep getting mad. This has gone on for days now. I've tried venting, breathing, and telling myself it's going to pass eventually. I've also got something I enjoy doing outside of work. Any other suggestions?
