Ah, crap →[More:]Yeah, literally. I'm laid low with a stomach bug that's left me nauseous and unable to move too far from the bathroom. I was just heading out the door at 5.45 this morning when it hit me. Another half-hour, I'd have been on the train.

There's also nothng but crap on TV. It's a while since I channel surfed during the day. I have Sky TV (satellite) so have a choice of about 150 channels, including a shopping channel on every other station, Sumo TV and, bizarrely, Bonanza TV, which shows nothing but Bonanza.

But I just watched Bob Ross paint a forest, so all is right in the world.
