How grand is this! →[More:]I'm working from home tomorrow and brought two files with me that I just knew would be total pigs, full of complex issues and difficult people. One claim involves surveyor's negligence, and the file is filled with complex technical reports, and the other relates to trust administration and portfolio management. Gah!

I had a quick read through them, realised the issues in both cases were very straightforward, picked up my dictaphone and finished both cases by 5.15.

The weekend starts here!!

I'm not sure. It really depends on the weather. Yesterday was electrical storms and heavy rain. Today was lovely, sunny and mild. Tomorrow it might be another downpour.

If I get up early enough, I might go to the coast, if the weather's good. I have a hairdresser's appointment on Saturday, otherwise, I'd go to Brighton or somewhere for a couple of days.

Well I know what part of the day will involve. This afternoon I called into Waitrose to buy a newspaper and they had Olay Regenerist on sale. The packages on the shelves were empty and after you'd paid at the checkout, someone went and put the product in it (yes, they have shoplifters even in this posh part of Essex). I bought Serum, but they gave me Day Cream by mistake, so I'll have to take it back tomorrow. That should take up all of half an hour.

Weather forecast is for morning fog and then rain, so the seaside is unlikely. The Autumn Ideal Home Show is on, but I went to the one in the spring, and also the one last October, and those things can get a bit old if I go all the time.

I dunno, I'll see what tomorrow brings.
