When 29 still doesn't equal "mature enough" Things have been rather interesting over here in TrishaLynn-land

I had a birthday, I've got a boyfriend, I lost my glasses on the floor of Penn Station after a night spent drinking whiskey
and sake after waking up in a strange man's apartment on Prince and Sullivan in my bra and panties, I quit smoking and now have a persistent medicinal smell in my nose, I
still haven't filed my taxes and I
still am about $7K in debt.
I also found my first gray hair. Oddly, I'm just as excited about the gray hair as I am about the boyfriend.
Anyway, back to the being in debt thing. I think I owe about $700 to the IRS from this year and last year. At one point, my mom said she'd be able to pay for it for me and at another point she hinted again that they weren't made of money.
WTF do I do? I already defaulted on an installment agreement from last year. Can I even ask if they'll let me do it again?
Addendum: Why aren't any of the NYC bunnies certified public accountants?
