Another emcee, anyone? Some of us have expressed interest in doing another one right away, so just let me know here in the thread if you're interested. The more the merrier. It's open to everyone. Who's in?

OOH! OOH! No, auntbunny, just do whatever--sketch, paint, collage... even from a printout of the "slice" you're sent.

COOL, maybe auntbunny could go next to me since I sketch my emcees (then usually add color in PaintShop or PhotoShop.) Sometimes I feel like my emcees don't fit as well, being sketchy and less polished than the others. Although I usually add PhotoShop elements on my "slice" now and make it purposely easy for the next player to pick up on...

I'm only working with my limitations, too. All i have is a really old version of photoshop, no scanner, no tablet, messed up digicam, out of date software-- all i really have to work with are free images i find. It all seems to work out so anyone can do whatever they can do.

I have a tablet but I can't use it. I can't make my hand do anything with the pen. It's ridiculous. It just sits next to my computer and serves as a nice coaster.

well I hand craft my panels out of endangered species from the rain forest. Then I stuff my creation into a giant tube that connects to a series of larger tubes and presto! The panel magically appears onto Metachat, although I suspect some higher powers guide my artwork gently into place.

funmonkey1, I hear you on that.

Here's my process: I paint my panels on my body and then roll around on a canvas on the floor. Then I "scan" that into the computer by clicking two exposed wires from an old USB cable together to simulate the ones and zeros I detect from the visual rays with a pair of 3D glasses my grandfather got off of a Shirpa eating Count Chocula in '47.

Oh, yeah: I'm in. -- One request, if possible: Can you put me at the tail end of things? My sister is coming to town and I can't do the body painting / canvas writhing while she's here. Thanks!

So... if we did have a site... what would the url be? If we did that, should we change the name? "Emcee" ("m"+"c"="metachat") doesn't really relate to what we're doing, and I only came up with that because I couldn't think of a good name when we did the first one, which wasn't a corpse.

I could host a domain for it... it would be great to fix it up somehow so that a contents page would be automagicaly updated.
