Other than that, wasted a day off because they kept saying horrible weather was coming, which it didn't. And I'd like to do my yard for Halloween, but I cannot until they remove the tree from the storm a couple of weeks ago. Sigh.

And won't someone please say they're coming to the Princeton meetup?

more Nemo soon! i think i'll skip ahead to some of the really cool adventures. there's no way i'll present them all in order anyway, as there're over 400 Sunday comics, and FTP-ing each individual panel (the way that gives decent resolution) takes forever.

when's princeton again? some people are trying to get me out there next weekend, but i don't think i can handle anymore travelling or excitement this summer without a full nervous breakdown following.

Um...next weekend. Sunday the first of October. We (Amro, Prospero, and I so far) were going to meet at the cemetery, tour it, then do a walking tour of Princeton. It's just that everyone has been so wrapped up in the Vegas trip and the wedding, whether they went or not. But I certainly wouldn't want you to end up in a padded room!

good! i think i found my calling in life. usually i'm a really nervous public speaker, but when i'm passionate and i know my stuff the weirdest thing happens: totally calm nerves, joking around with the audience, etc etc. i can't wait to do it again! it was actually fun.

but now comes the overwhelming task of keeping the contacts i made at the presentation motivated and moving to network and take action before the initial excitement wears off.

Seriously? People who didn't go to the Event of the Millenium are too hepped up to go to a meetup in NJ? Forgive me for being skeptical, but....

I'm tired, and I should go to bed soon. Still sick, but feeling better. Close Encounters of the Third kind just finished. I got it from the library and started looking at flickr photos about halfway through. Not as good as I remembered. I can't go to the Princeton meet-up, but it sounds like fun and I wish I could say I were going, but I didn't accomplish a single thing this weekend being sick. And, I've got a lot to do before my sister comes to town. Alas.

And on topic: Shane, glad to hear the talk went well and I will be writing your testimonial in the near future also!

I take that back: I did do my emcee this weekend and I finished up a disc of the Gilmore Girls. But there's this other list of things that need to be done. :)

So why can I access the testimonial option on some accounts, but others, which have one or two testamonials, there is no link to add another one?

They need to be a contact before you can write a testimonial.
