Can you help me find the post with the question about latrines in India?

I just read it a few days ago--it was the one where someone's daughter brought a rite-of-passage quiz from school involving peace corp workers building toilets, and the women and children suddenly refusing to use the toilet because of something they found in the forest. I apologize, but I can't find it in the archives and I'm going nuts!

I've been searching for "india" "toilet" "peace corps" "forest" and nothing is coming up.

I must know the answer!
