How come when doing a Google image search for 'clown car'... →[More:]...I got a picture of a prolapsed uterus. Anyone?

"Clown carring" is a term used for a deviant practice that directly results in a prolapsed uterus.

If you view the source for the photo it does say

/images?q=clown+car&start=20&ndsp=20&svnum= etc etc etc

which explains why Google is displaying it on a search for clown cars. When I think of prolapsed uteruses I think of clowns too, don't you?

I can answer this!

Have you ever seen that documentary about the family with 16 kids? Her uterus is a clown car. Clown car uteruses tend to prolapse. Seriously.

jrossi4r has it on the nose: a comment (look for the highlighted text) on some message board post about the 16-kids family references the photo, and the post itself includes "It's a vagina, not a clown car".
