I was also going to mention that I did a quick search on the web, and couldn't find any businesses with the name so you may be in luck. It was the name and the funky decor that led me into it, that and it wasn't Starbucks.

Bean and gone

Probably works better in Ohio where it was fairly common to here people ask "Did you go to the store?" and get in response "been and gone".

When I was much younger, I had plans to open a coffeeshop called The Java Trench, which is an actual place -- an oceanic trench near the islands of Java. The store would have a map theme.
