So I recently read George R. R. Martin's A Feast For Crows, and it seems like he's falling in to the Robert Jordan trap of extending the series for profit to the detriment of the sleekness of the story. [If you can speak of sleekness when most volumes exceed 700pages].

So I thought I'd see what Robert Jordan was up to and it appears that he has amyloidosis. So he might very well die before finishing book 12 of the Wheel of Time. I've been reading that series since I was 9.
