oh, I painted it the boring color it already was ("dusty eggshell"? I dunno. Ace Hardware matched it for me from a paintchip using some coolio computer).

But it look loads better! It hadn't been painted in years.

(the only digital camera I have is my crap cell phone camera -- boo!)

Take a pic anyway, psho.

I LOVE repainting rooms. Actually, I don't love doing it, but I love it when it's done.

I need to do my hallway, but all those doors and doorframes... UGH.

Do you really want to be painting something you'll have to clean "Dusty Eggshell"? You want "sparkling eggshell", or "spotless eggshell." "Pristine eggshell" sounds better too.

I love painting. I'm getting ready to paint my computer room again. And also my mom's bathroom (I painted every room in the house last year when they bought the place and now I hate hate hate the bathroom color. And my mom is indulging me even though it's her house. haha.)

Quentin, psho might have chosen "bird-shit-spattered eggshell"; let us be grateful for small blessings.

I like how it looks done, but I hate painting. We're thinking about it now. We love color, and were thinking of a brick red for the bedroom. My brother and sister-in-law used many colors in their house and I love the results.

Red is good for bedrooms.

I like painting, as long as there is not too much nasty prep work like sanding and scraping to be done. I spent way too much time endlessly sanding boat plugs (the hand-built pattern that moulds are made from) with wet-and-dry to ever ever want to see another piece of sandpaper again (you know you have been sanding a lot when 1200 grit sandpaper wears away the skin on your fingers enough to cause bleeding and you have no fingerprints left).

Back on-topic - painting the walls is a really cheap, easy way to dramatically change a room. I don't think I could stand to repaint a room the same colour though - not enough evidence of the work done for my liking.
