178: got seven spares and two strikes

163: don't remember what i got in there, but it was still pretty damn good

as you can see i'm pretty damn impressed with myself

You know what I hate about bowling now? The automated scoring system. When I was a kid, it was part of the fun to argue about how bowling is scored.

Anyway, those scores rock. Earl Anthony lives!

i know, and for me it's kind of like long division. i used to be able to do it in middle school on paper, but now i can't.

I'm impressed! My highest bowling score ever is 37 (and 8 of those points were scored by someone taking my turn when I was at the bar).

I have hit 196 FOUR times. I can't seem to eclipse it. At least three of those I was just a strike/spare in the 10th away from a 200+ game and just couldn't finish.

I hardly bowl anymore. In fact, I *just* got off the phone with one of the guys I used to go all the time with in college. Crazy synchronicity, especially considering we haven't talked in about a year.

My bowling score ranges from 7 to 73, with an average around 28. But I always have fun, and that's what matters, right? ...Right?
