Hey kids, know what time it is? Time for another MeCha emcee! More inside. Much, much more inside.
[More:]We haven't done one in a while, right? Want to play? We have so many creative bunnies here, even more now than the last time we did an emcee. Here are a few past emcees so you can get an idea of what I'm talking about. For all, scroll to the end to see who the contributors were, or hold your cursor over each piece to get a title tag with info (sometimes). As you can see, with each passing month, more and more people wanted to get in on it. Some of these are going to blow your wittle minds. You can also see that as the months progressed, we got a lot better at blending the images to make more seamless emcees...

It's like doing an Exquisite Corpse. Here are the very basic instructions on how to do an emcee, MetaChat stylee, written up by taz and me. The emcee is taz-dreamed-up and taz-hosted. What say you? Want to play? This is just a feeler thread (ooooooh yeah baby) to see how many people want to play. Not official. Yet. But throw your name in the thread anyway, so we can see how many bunnies are in the warren. And here's taz's very first post about MeCha emcees ever made in the history of the world, for all of the history/archive buffs out there.

And here is the latest thread!
I forgot to add that the all-encompassing and official Emcee site is always linked in the sidebar. Ladies and gentlemen, if you will direct your attention to the left sidebar, you will see the permanent link to the Emcee which has been most cleverly set up for your delight and convenience by your MeCha hosts.

Over there, see?

Wow, you're quite the historian today, iconomy. It's MeCha Revival!

I wish I knew how to do stuff like this. It's right up my alley, but I've done just about zero artwork involving a computer. I'll read the instructions and see what they say.

Ico, I am totally interested too. I am not a p'shop user, and I, like Miko, and not sure I am up to it, but I want in!

richat, i'm more of a sketcher than a p-shopper too, but there's always ways to work other media in ...

That's what I figured Shane...I am sure I can pull something off. Pretty sure at least!

I'll do it!

(Also: speaking of exquisite corpses, we had a couple rounds of Corpse Tennis, too.)

I got the fever!!! Ready, ready, ready to rock and roll.

Problem is, we have so many posts these days that it's hard for a post calling for particpants to get as many eyes as it needs.

After the dust settles, maybe we'll work out some way to have sticky posts, or a special "Notify" area or something.

But anyway, no matter. Even if it only turns out to be only a few of us, it will get the emcee ball rolling again, and I loves me some yummy corpses.

particpants, btw, are a very special sort of pants that we exquisite corpsers wear while we are creating.

I could be down for this.

I got the fever too! I got the fever, and the prescription is more emcee!
That's a link to YouTube - the SNL More Cowbell sketch.

I could keep bumping this to get more eyeballs, maybe.

I'm in as well! Where can I buy my pants?

They're on the way, Zack, in a plain brown wrapper to avoid embarrassment.

yes, ike - do the bumpty bump, for sure.

I'll give it a try this time too.
