So, who ended up having a hamburger last night? →[More:]I didn't and I still have the craving. I am going to a bbq today, however, so chances are good I can satisfy my craving there.

I did! NY Sharp Cheddar, pickles, and yes, thin-grilled patties. Dabbed with tobasco, daubed with BBQ sauce, and lastly a dollop of ketchup (it's an inverted pyramid of spiciness/seasoning). Damn, those were some good burgers. Oh, and on potato bread rolls.

Mullacc still has me on patrol for fish tacos, damn him. I can't find them anywhere, and I'm too lazy to make my own.

I didn't. There are no burger places round here. But I had one in the cafe at work on Thursday, and it was really good, served with wedges that had been overcooked to the point of perfection.

We have fried the thick-cut apple smoked bacon and sauteed the onions to a golden brown and mixed with the blue cheese butter to make burgers with later. I blame you all for this.

Last night, a cookout in honor of my brother-in-law, his new wife, and new baby-cheeseburgers and hot dogs. Today, at a birthday party for my best friend's daughter, more of the same.
